The printed books ship as eleven separate parcels and may arrive on different days. Ebooks have no shipping charge. US sales tax, if any, is shown before you pay. Internationally fulfilled orders may be subject to customs duties or other import charges.
With tracked shipping, each book usually arrives about 3 weeks after you order in the US and about 4 weeks in Canada.

- Can I get the printed books?

- Do the eleven books come together in a case?
- No. They are eleven separate books in one matching design, each printed for your order and shipped in its own parcel.
- When do the books ship, and how long does delivery take?

With tracked shipping, a printed book usually arrives about three weeks after you order in the US and about four weeks in Canada. - With the hardcovers, yes: you get all eleven as ebooks too (EPUB + PDF), emailed while your books are printed. With the paperbacks, you can add all eleven ebooks for the difference shown with the paperbacks above. The ebook collection alone is eleven ebooks, each in its own email.
- What is in each book?

- Can I cancel, or get a refund?
- Yes. If a book might not ship within the time its format states, we email you first, and you can cancel that book for a full refund of its share. If a printed book arrives damaged or misprinted, or isn’t what this page describes, email us a photo up to 30 days after delivery for a refund or a replacement of that book.
