This policy covers bookhawkpress.com, the individual websites for our books, and our online store. Bookhawk Press is an imprint of Space Dog Tech LLC ("we", "us").
This website
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like most web servers, ours records basic request information (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site secure and working. We delete these logs after 30 days.
When you buy from us
To take and fulfil your order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, what you bought and, for payment, your card details. Card details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We share order information only with the services that help us deliver it:
- our online store and checkout provider (Shopify);
- payment processors;
- our printing partner, which receives your name and shipping address to print and ship your book;
- shipping carriers;
- our email provider, to answer your messages.
These services may only use your information to provide their service to us.
We email you about your order: confirmation, shipping, delivery of ebooks, and anything that affects it. We'll only send you news about other books if you ask to receive it, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
Advertising and measurement
We may advertise our books on services such as Google and Meta. If we add measurement tools to our book sites or store (for example, to count which ads lead to purchases), we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for other companies' advertising.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to support@bookhawkpress.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Children
Our sites and store are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
